Due to the nature of the items sold in our shop I don't offer returns or exchanges. So many items are handmade or vintage.

However, if your item is damaged (i.e. your Maileg lamp won't light up) please contact me as soon as possible so I can get you a replacement.

I absolutely will never share your address, phone number or email address with anyone. The only exception to this is if you order a large item from Maileg, I may have it drop shipped to you from the company

I have been shipping internationally for about fifteen years now and for the most part I don't have any trouble at all with it. There are some items that are just too large (and expensive for the buyer to ship). I will put a disclaimer on the item description. If you have any questions about a specific item just message me and I can get you a shipping quote for a larger item.

Yes absolutely! If you're in the Nashville area and want to pick up your items please let me know. We are right outside of Nashville but frequently come to West, East, and the Franklin area so could meet up if needed.
